Welcome to Saturday Hoops NYC! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, saturdayhoopsnyc.com, and the recreational basketball sessions we offer. By using our website or purchasing access to our basketball sessions, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Saturday Hoops NYC organizes recreational basketball pick-up games for adults in New York City. By purchasing access, you are granted a limited, non-transferable right to participate in a scheduled basketball session. Ownership of the court is not transferred, and access is restricted to the duration of the session purchased.
2. Non-Transferable Access
Access purchased for a basketball session is for personal use only. You may not resell, transfer, or share access with others. Any unauthorized sale or transfer is strictly prohibited.
3. Waiver and Emergency Contact
All players are required to sign a digital waiver before participating in any basketball session. As part of the waiver, you must provide emergency contact information (name and phone number).
By providing your emergency contact information, you consent to it being shared with other players registered for the same game session on the day of the game. This information is only visible to logged-in players on your game day and is provided solely for safety purposes during gameplay. See our Privacy Policy for more details on how this data is handled.
4. Cancellations and Refunds

5. Data Collection and Privacy
